Okay, the following pic is a very odd Zombie death. Things I'd like to point out:

• This was a Regular Zombie on the PS Vita version of the game.
• His entire mouth area is swelled up.
• His head stayed on as he died.
• He did not Bite any Garlic. Only a Tall-nut.
• This has happened more than once.
• The PS Vita was acting fine at the moment.

Can you explain this?
