It's in a good spot right now. The card can be used as a tech option if you run into many berries or nuts, which are pretty prominent in the meta as of late. Berries are strong with the curve available to them, and there are quite a few troublesome nuts. Planet of the Grapes can also be destroyed, whcih you mentioned, if you have trouble with Cyclecap decks.

Anyways, it's in a fine spot, with a niche that it fills well. The meta shifts of Set 4 have helped improved it. It isnt meant to be that good of a card anyways, as its just a basic card.
