I think that your Sizzle is a little too strong, considering it does three times the damage as Berry Blast for only 50% of the cost. I don't think the inability to hurt the hero is good enough of a reprecussion, considering direct damage spells to face isn't a good idea except for desparation. I'd say either increase the cost or decrease the damage a bit. Other than that, I like the balance changes.
