Yes, I remember you. The "box thing" that you refer to is called a "Wordbubble", and you have to make your own. You can find a lot of help on how to make and examples of other users' wordbubbles by going to the help page for wordbubbles here on the wiki. If you need more help or advice for making a wordbubble, just ask me.
As for why everyone is leaving, well, first off, everyone is not leaving. Very few users are. And there are several reasons for why they are leaving. BF10 left (by the way, he only left for a few months and then came back) because he felt that this wiki was "dying" and because he didn't like recent things that happened on this wiki involving Discord (a new chat feature) and Zambiealex leaving because he was demoted, and several more complicated things, too. Teacup Terry isn't leaving, that was a joke. And only users who feel that they need to leave because they are no longer enjoying this wiki or to make a point are the ones leaving, usually for rather childish reasons, so a mature bureaucrat like ThisUserLikesOreo isn't going anywhere anytime soon, don't worry.
Another reason that several users are leaving in the immediate present is because of the removal of the Roleplaying branch of the Forum here, which many users spent a disproportionate amount of time on compared to other things on this wiki. You can see the arguments for removing and not removing the Roleplaying branch here, but the side that wanted it removed won. In protest, and because a lot of users used this wiki solely for that branch, a lot of former roleplayers are leaving.

Hey, I understand your concern with this situation, but it has been brought up many times before. Both sides are very divided: one just wants it gone, and the other wants to keep it no matter what. I don't know if we can do anything at this point, as we already got rid of roleplaying, which took up the same amount of activity and fun & games.
