You Are Cordially Invited... is the first mission given to the player by Dr. Patient. When the mission is completed, the player receives 2500 coins.

Mission description

"Dr. Zomboss is having a competition to see if any Zombie is intelligent enough to find his secret lab!"

Overview

Dr. Patient tells the player about the competition and tells them to find Tony Boloney, who knows the location of the secret door. However, Tony challenges the player to a dance off and ends up injuring himself, rendering him unable to help the player. Tony asks the player to seek out Barth, who can help the player. Barth challenges the player to a game of shoot the targets, where the player must shoot ten targets in the sewers, trying to beat Barth's record of one minute. However, regardless of whether the player beat Barth's time, Barth will start saying the location of Dr. Zomboss's lab before being interrupted by a Potato Mine exploding, sending Barth flying. The mission ends with Dr. Zomboss asking a rhetorical question about who will find his lab, after which the mission is completed and the player receives the reward.

Guide

This is one of the easiest quests in the game, as there is no fighting involved and the hardest part is simply shooting the targets, which doesn't even have a time limit.

Tony Boloney can be found in the left wing of the zombie base, where the graves are. After the cutscene, the player will proceed to the entrance of the sewers near the docks, where Barth is. On the way, the player may encounter a few Weeds, which should not pose much of a threat. The player then proceeds through the sewers to the other end, destroying the target along the way and encountering Barth once again on the other end. After the cutscene, the player essentially has completed the quest.

Zombie choice

Being an extremely easy quest, the choice of zombie is not too important here. However, Imps are probably the most suited for the task, as they can quickly traverse the distances between the locations the player is required to go to, has reasonably accurate shots and can platform quickly with the double jumps that he possesses.
