Boost Tiles are environment modifiers in Penny's Pursuit, Arena and Epic Quest in Plants vs. Zombies 2. It behaves similarly to the Gold Tile, but instead of producing sun, it activates Plant Food to any plant placed on them except instant-use plants. Each Boost Tile can be used 10 times, afterwards, it will transform into a normal tile.
In Penny's Pursuit, the Boost Tile Perk allows for one Boost Tile to appear on a random unoccupied tile (with tendency towards the leftmost columns of the lawn) at regular intervals, and leveling up this perk reduces the amount of time between each intervals. Multiple Boost Tiles can stay on the lawn at once.

Trivia
- In Arena, Boost Tiles appear in Shine Vine's Tournament.
- Boost Tiles also appear in Shine Vine's Epic Quest step 5.
- They appear to be similar to the Taiji Tile from Kongfu World.
- If you plant Squash on it, it will smash 2 zombies and come back, but then because it counts as planting when it lands, it will activate its plant food effect over and over until the boost tile runs out.
- Boingsetta cannot activate its plant food effect on Boost Tiles. This is a glitch.
