The Great Wall - Day 1 was the first level of The Great Wall of China in Plants vs. Zombies: All Stars.
Difficulty
- Just like the Primitive Conehead Zombie from Prehistoric Age, the Great Wall Conehead rarely used its skill, and would be defeated in two or three hits, so it would not be a big problem.
- The Spear Thrower Zombie had low health, but it was a long-ranged attacker, so the player should've been careful or they might've lost their health. They should've used defensive plants such as Wall-nut as protection for their plants.
- The Catapult Zombie was the first new long-ranged attacker that attacked quite differently from other long-ranged attackers. It could attack the backmost plant in its lane or the entire column of plants in the middle column.
Waves
- The two small numbers next to the zombie icon mean that zombie appeared there, with the left number displayed the lane where the zombie would appear, and the right number displayed the column that the zombie appeared in. Example:
3-5 means that a Basic Zombie appeared in the third lane, at the fifth column. If there's only one small number next to the zombie icon, then it means that that zombie appeared at the start of the lawn, and at the lane that the number displays. Example: 2 means that a Basic Zombie appeared in the third lane, at the start of the lawn. Note that this only displays the position of the zombies that have the highest chance of spawning.

Strategies
- Drag the newly-obtained Spikeweed onto the lawn, then start the level after some plant upgrades.
- Use the plants' skill when their anger is full, and when the frontmost zombie has much health (for Droplet Shooter, Slap Grass and Peashooter), when all zombies on its lane has much health (for Puff-shroom). For Spikeweed, after its anger is full, use its skill whenever you want to boost its attack power to kill the zombie quickly. Use all plants' skill quickly in case of emergency (when your plants are almost killed).
