Homeowner, also known as the neighbor and you, is the protagonist of Plants vs. Zombies, Plants vs. Zombies Adventures and Plants vs. Zombies 2. He is never visible on the screen, but he is somehow able to place Plants and collect Sun without leaving his house. In the series, the world is infested with the Zombies and they have desire to eat the Homeowner's Brain. If a zombie invades the Homeowner's house, Homeowner will scream a loud "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" in a male voice.
Plants vs. Zombies
The game starts without any story or explanations; the Homeowner's lawn is attacked by normal zombies and he must use Peashooter seed packet to defend himself.

TODO: He screamed at the beginning of Zombie Sneak Attack, and of course when he gets killed
