Okay. So, ZCorp HelpDesk has his own page already, so he was still soft-released. And do anyone ever talk about how his clothes were similar to Bungee Zombie has from the first game? No? If that's the case, then EA does a massive disappointment for this zombie.

Reasons

Ability

His ability was god-awful ;(

The reason why I HATE his ability is because it's BASIC as heck. If I remember correctly, ZCorp HelpDesk will drop in along with cables/wires and will hang from above for a short time, which is offly similar to Lost Pilot Zombie. He also throws a laptop at plants which causing a huge explosion behind it. The laptop also provides a protection, which then if being destroyed, he will act like a basic zombie, but with extra attack and speed boost.

To be fair, his ability was recycled from two different zombies, presumably Lost Pilot Zombie and Basketball Zombie from Plants vs. Zombies 3. Why Basketball Zombie? Well you can tell after he throws a laptop, he will speed up and attacking plants much faster than usual, which is straight up copied from Basketball Zombie (whenever she throws an Imp at half-health, she immediately run and attacking plants much faster at all costs).

So yeah, his ability was boring. Well, he will be dangerous if he comes in groups during ambush, but STILL, his ability was boring.

Design

I do like his design tough. That's the only thing to save the day. When I'm first looking at him, I though "Hey, Bungee Zombie is COMING BACK! What a coincidence." and yes, he looks like it. The outfit that he wears was almost similar to Bungee Zombie itself, like... I do recognize his red shirt, but now it's not ripped. The shirt was the only clue that he was confirmed to be a Bungee Zombie. So, he was 12 years late to the party and he's coming back.

Other than that tho, when I'm look further onto his sprite sheets, I do like that he always hanging on the cables. It looks comedic on its own. Also, I saw his animation and he now has his burnt animation, which is new. I applause that.

His delivery hat, nerdy glasses, and orange beard are my favorite things so far about him, which makes him stand out MORE than his previous appearance (from the first game), and massively enganged with ZCorp Inc. "Inc."

Tough the odd thing about his appearance are cables that just dangling around his body. It's good at last, but it's kinda' weird on its own. Maybe the reason why the cables are strangling around his body is because he wants to find the right cables to charge his laptop because the laptop has low-battery life.

Final Thoughts

Alright, so what are my final thoughts about this zombie/abomination?

On a positive side, I highly love it. I love his akin reference from the first game, his design, the burnt effect, and other than that, I'll ship him along with ZCorp Consultant (because they're relatable).

On a negative side, I hate his ability. My god, it's boring. At first, recycling abilities are okay, but in this case, it's just not perfect for me. His ambush are lame too, it's just recycling from Lost Pilot Zombie.

In my opinion, since he almost look like Bungee Zombie, I suggest that he will drop from above targeting your defenses. He will hanging there and will hack his laptop. After hacking few seconds, he will drop the laptop which cause an explosion and then flies away from the view. The laptop itself will have different side effects after being dropped by him. If this the case, there will be a chance that Umbrella Leaf will return from the first game, but with extra mechanic. She will scan and detect his laptop while hacking. If he tries to trick your defenses into the explosion, she will bounce him off. But if he tries to help, she will ignore him.
