About your coins

Install and start the game with internet. You will need to download about 600 Mb. Also do you have PvZ 2 already installed? The rest of the steps depend on your answer.

So then

The leveling sytem right now is still incomplete. You won't be able to upgrade plants to max level and there still isn't a way to get coins right now. BUT download this file

Put it in Android/data/com.ea.pvz2_row/files/No_Backup. It will ask you to replace. Just do it and then completely close your file explorer (or whatever you use). Restart device and then start the game again.
