Full Stars was a feature in Plants vs. Zombies: All Stars. The player could get prizes for obtaining a certain number of stars in a chapter. It would be unlocked once the player got their first nine stars.
The player could get gems, tier I plants and pieces of equipment. The higher the level, the higher the quality of eqiupment or the number of gems. Each prize could only be obtained once.
When a prize could be obtained, it would notify the player by having a small red button on the icon.. If the player looked for prizes in the chapter they are in, the chapter's prizes would be labelled as "current chapter".

- American Suburbs were the only location where the player could get two complete plants.
- Dark Ages was the only location where player could not obtain equipment.
