Hammer Time!
- Not to be confused with Hammer Time, an achievement in Plants vs. Zombies 2.
Hammer Time! is an achievement unlockable in the iOS and Android versions of Plants vs. Zombies. In order to unlock it, the player must kill ten Gargantuars using mallets in Last Stand Endless.
Origins
Its name is based on the hip hop song by MC Hammer called "U Can't Touch This," where he says "Stop... Hammer time!," which is a popular quote.
Strategies
The easiest thing to do is to purchase ten or more mallets, and build a setup that can take care of large amounts of zombies, since there are a lot of them when Gargantuars start appearing. Also, remember not to accidentally hit another zombie behind it by tapping the Gargantuar's foot or body area.
As there are many Gargantuars starting from the 15th flag of Last Stand: Endless, you should obtain this achievement latest in the 16th or 17th flag (which will also earn you The Stuff of Legends achievement) if you use the mallets as often as you can.
