First, I want to demote for each class 1 Rare to Uncommon, 2 Super-Rares to Rares and 1 Legendary to Super-Rare. There's three reason behind them is:
- They are so weak, no one willing to play it.
- Let more peoples access to anti-meta cards, indirect neft them (i.e. Pecanolith being Super-Rares inderectly neft Valk OTK)
- Making Galactic Gardens rality format being like this:
