It's similar to the "off-topic board" issue. We agreed not to create it. It's enough. I don't think that we need to be too strict to restrict users to talk about other games in other threads/blogs. He may want to find the friends on this wiki who have the same interest.

Usually I'll give a them a one week block. If it's too serious. For example: removing all the things in many pages. I'll give them a monthly block. Block length increases if they break the rules again.

Oh my God, you got Teleport? I'm so envious of you, I have none! This thing is great in any Brainy deck, and, if you get even more, replace anything with them.
Barrel Roller is pretty good, although not the best due to his low health. You might consider taking Smelly Zombie instead if you want a Deadly Zombie, but the backup Barrel Roller provides is also pretty nice.
Arm Wrestler is awesome, especially when paired with other Sports Zombies.
Pogo is one of the best cards in the game, IMO, due to the fact that it protects a lane, as well as clears one. His tribe also helps, since he's Sports, so you might consider pairing him with Team Mascot or Coach (most recommended).
Pineclone is insane. Fill the lawn with as many weak plants as possible, and then play it. Don't forget to put one or two plants in the water lane too.
Brainana is nice, I recommend having it in your decks.
Gadget Scientist shines in a Science deck, but not exactly the best if used alone.
Strongberry is cool as long as you have several other Berries around it, ofc. Berry Blast counts too. Also, if you have 2 Strongberries on the lawn, they get broken, as they will attack continously until the Hero blocks their attack.
Foot Soldier and Mountain Climber are okay. Foot Soldier has nice stats and, if played on heights, has the advantage of hitting the Hero for a good 3 Damage too, not only the plants. Mountain Climber has average stats if played on heights, plus Bullseye. Keep in mind that she is a Sports Zombie too.
As for Hibernating Beary and Landscaper, they're great in any Guardian and, respectively, Hearty deck.
Your deck is mostly good. What I personally wouldn't use is Smoosh-Shroom, Carrotillery, Threepeater (since you can't boost its attack), and Vanilla. I don't know what plants you have, but I highly recommend throwing some freezing plants in, as well as Snowdrop.
