Adventure Mode

Adventure Mode, or Galaxy (星系; pinyin: Xīngxì) is one of the game modes in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. It contains 16 worlds inside. After pressing Play, the player will be directed to a world's map. Pressing the galaxy icon on bottom corner, the player will be redirected to the world galaxy where a different world can be picked to play through. Unlike the International version of Plants vs. Zombies 2, the adventure doesn't stop at Modern Day but rather continues to move on.

The sixteen worlds in order are:

• Ancient Egypt
• Pirate Seas
• Wild West
• Kongfu World
• Far Future
• Dark Ages
• Big Wave Beach
• Frostbite Caves
• Sky City
• Lost City
• Neon Mixtape Tour
• Jurassic Marsh
• Modern Day
• Steam Age
• Renaissance Age
• Heian Age

There is also Secret Realms -in which Fairytale Forest is featured- where it's quite different from the mainline adventure, but serves as a continuation to the adventure. Frostbite Caves Resurgence is also featured in it, which serves as an expansion to Frostbite Caves.

Trivia

• Each world consists of 25 levels on average, with a few exceptions: Ancient Egypt with 15, Modern Day with 27, Steam Age with 24.
• Memory Lane events seem to take place right after Heian Age's events, lore-wise.
