Sir Boff is the third and final of three Gnome Gnight bosses in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. He is fought in Mount Steep by opening a door in the Gnome Shrine, but only if the player has already collected the three Diamond Gnomes in that region.

Twice when Sir Boff loses health, the player must complete a puzzle very similar to the one that gives the player a Diamond Gnome in Mount Steep.

Strategies

Sir Boff's arena contains many pillars that you can use to get a height advantage, keeping you safe from lesser gnomes wandering around. Peashooter is an excellent choice for this boss fight. His Pea Suped will allow him to get onto the aforementioned pillars, while using Pea Gatling will allow him to whittle down Sir Boff's health with ease. Sunflower could also be a good choice. Her Sunbeam will allow her to do lots of damage to Sir Boff, while Sunny Side Up will keep her alive and in the fight.

Due note that every time Sir Boff loses a significant amount of health he will teleport and become invincible until the player completes the puzzle. However, since it's much easier than the one that the player needs to complete to get the Diamond Gnome in the region, the player should have no trouble at all completing it.
