ZCorp HelpDesk is the first special zombie encountered in ZCorp Inc. in Plants vs. Zombies 2, first encountered in Day 5. He doesn't attack the player's house directly, but instead he drops from the sky to drop a zombie or interrupts a plant he targets, similar to Bungee Zombie. But unlike Bungee Zombie, ZCorp HelpDesk after dropping in into your defenses, ZCorp HelpDesk will hanging there for 4 seconds and then hacks his laptop until he drops it, damaging plants with explosion.
His laptop will glow into random colors after hacking on it, and when being dropped, the laptop will explode and has different effects onto plants. This includes:
- Green- when the laptop drops onto your defenses, plants will get healed by adding 20DPS from damage.
- Blue- when the laptop drops onto your defenses, plants will get stunned for 10 seconds.
- Red- when the laptop drops onto your defenses, plants will got an explosion dealing 1000DPS onto them. Umbrella Leaf will trigger her attack when this happen.
Similar to Bungee Zombie, ZCorp HelpDesk when the final wave happens, he will come in groups and dropping zombies (ZCorp New Hire, ZCorp Contractor and their variants). But instead of flying away after dropping them, ZCorp HelpDesk will fall as well and acting like a normal zombie.

Overview
ZCorp HelpDesk absorbs 450 damage per shot and his appearance changes upon absorbing 200 (when his arm is lost) before dying at 450 damage per shot.
Strategies
Unlike his previous ability from previous updates, ZCorp HelpDesk now acting different, like Bungee Zombie but a little bit threatening. Umbrella Leaves are his main counter of weakness, but instead of bouncing him away, instead she will scan his laptop first and then if he tries to trick your plants, she will bounce him away. Pumpkin might protect your plants from his target tough, but you must prepare him earlier before he comes first along with his minions. Read Bungee Zombie's strategies to know more.

Trivia
- ZCorp Helpdesk’s outfit has a similar color scheme to the Bungee Zombie. Additionally, both of these zombies ambush from the sky rather than entering the lawn from the right.
- ZCorp HelpDesk's advertisement named him as "HelpDesk Zombie".
- He appears to be standing still when the player is Choosing their Seeds in the beginning of the level, the same applied to Lost Pilot Zombie.
- ZCorp HelpDesk for some reason has his own burning animation while hanging, while Lost Pilot Zombie doesn't.
Umbrella Leaf is a returning plant in Plants vs. Zombies 2. First obtained after completing ZCorp Inc. - Day 5, Umbrella Leaf was able to protect your plants from falling objects and ZCorp HelpDesks. However, for ZCorp HelpDesk, Umbrella Leaf need to scan his laptop first and then bound him off. If the laptop was a trick to your defenses, she will bound him away, but if it's not, then she will not bound it away.
When being upgraded to MAX or after level 5, Umbrella Leaf was able to bound off thrown Imps. Outside from ZCorp Inc. specifically in Lost City, Umbrella Leaf was able to bound off Lost Pilot Zombies.
Origins
Umbrella Leaf was based off the same plant with the same name from both Plants vs. Zombies and Plants vs. Zombies Heroes.
Her almanac entry was a reference to a song lyric of "Blackfish" in Ma Hill album, written and sang by Paul Maulbert (Incredible Polo).
Upgrades
Plant Food effect
When fed with Plant Food, Umbrella Leaf then will flash a red scan onto the field, covering the screen in red. The red scan will stun zombies on the field for a period of time (7 seconds to be exact) and scans most ZCorp HelpDesks' laptops. Red flashing laptops will be tossed away, while green and blue laptops will not.
Contain-mint effect
When boosted by Contain-mint, Umbrella Leaf will absorb 40DPS, which is two-times of her health. Umbrella Leaf also stun zombies even longer during her Plant Food effect, which is 14 seconds.
Strategies
Umbrella Leaf was only perfect for ZCorp Inc. only if she's on Level 1 until 5, so similar to the first game, the player must plant two or three Umbrella Leaves on the lawn to protect his/her defenses. But this time, her ability was slightly different in ZCorp Inc. exclusively, since she was able to scan ZCorp HelpDesk's laptop and bounces away if they try to trick you instead of instantly bungees away them.
Pumpkin also useful to protect her from other zombies. Use him during a huge wave of zombies.
