Randomguy3000 bureaucrat demotion

I started a discussion recently about demoting Randomguy3000 from bureaucrat. Only Wikia staff can do this since if they allowed bureaucrats to demote other bureaucrats, it would be like Milesprower2 being able to demote you, so that's why they don't let bureaucrats demote other bureaucrats. The thing is, Randomguy3000 was globally disabled on Wikia, and to have bureaucrat rights for a globally-disabled user is unnecessary. Wikia staff only demote users from bureaucrat if the user requesting the demotion is the creator of the wiki, or if there's a community agreement. He changed his profile pic to that but in my opinion I think it was kind of unfair. There was nothing wrong with the image. I think it may have disturbed you that it was a beach photo but there wasn't anything innapropiate about it.
