A lance

The lance is a pole or a spear-like weapon found in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. It is an environment modifier. It is used by the Cavalry Zombie when the Knight Zombie vaults off his horse.

Before Cavalry Zombie charges to the player's defence, he will use his lance to damage and eventually clear plants on the last 2 columns. Once the lance itself is on the lawn, it acts like a surfboard or a backpack, as once it crushes a plant, it will stay there until it is destroyed by direct damage. y lawn mowers. Overview

The Lance can crush a plant when its owner encounters it. After being lodged into the ground, it becomes a shield absorbing 900 damage. If used by Cavalry Zombie to attack plants, it will do 500 damage to the plant it hits.

Trivia

• It is irregular and not shaped like the traditional lance used in the Middle Ages.
• Although it is made of metal, Magnet-shroom cannot attract it even when it is in the Knight Zombie's hand.
• There is a sand at the bottom of it, despite there being no sand.
  • This might be because it is simply a re-skin of the surfboard used by Surfer Zombie. This is be evidenced by the unused falling and landing animations it has.
• Internally, it has 5 states, however the last 2 states just reuse it's second degrade state.
