Mandrake Parkour (曼德拉草酷跑; pinyin: Màn dé la cǎo kù pǎo) is a Brain Buster exclusive to Parkour Party Secret Realm, introduced in the v3.1.4 update.

The lawn of this Brain Buster has 3 rail-roads vertically, while there are barriers placed on it. Parkour Mandrake appears in the beginning of it, and starts running towards the right side of the lawn, avoiding the barriers. The player has to constantly control Parkour Mandrake by swiping him upwards or downwards to the other lanes in order to get rid of the barriers and collect thunderbolt charges. If the player collects 10 thunderbolt charges or more, the player is allowed you to use the skateboard power-up for 10 seconds if you collect 10 of those thunderbolt charges. After 10 seconds, the player will have to re-collect 10 of those thunderbolt charges in order to use the skateboard power-up again. While Parkour Mandrake is using the skateboard, he will break any barriers he runs up to, without dying.

The goal of this Brain Buster is to run 1000 metres. The progress bar on the top goes up by 5 every few miliseconds, and if the skateboard is being used, the progress bar on the top will fill x2 times faster than regular.

• In the sprites for Mandrake Parkour, a part of the Sky City lawn can be seen. Why this is here is unknown.
