I adore both of these Plants, but Lightning Reed is my choice, as it can hit MANY zombies at once, and is amazing when grouped up, which is something very easy to do. It is also cheap, so it's simple to get one in the beginning of a level. Stay Naughty! 12:54, August 17, 2013 (UTC)

Moon Snail – The little green saviors... But what's that I smell? TALK – CONTRIBS – BLOG Bloomerangs hit three zombies at maximum, and can't do too much in groups. Lightning Reeds hit a whopping six zombies at maximum, and can destroy everything in groups.

Brainulator9 (BUL9) – WHY CAN'T TWIN SUNFLOWERS HAVE A FAST RECHARGE AND COST 100 SUN??? TALK – CONTRIBS – BLOG – I'll tell you tomorrow! Better crowd control, and useful for early Wranglers in Big Bad Butte. Plus, Laser Bean makes Bloomerang almost pointless.

Lily8763cp – Come at me! TALK – CONTRIBS – BLOG – For gaming hype! Because let's admit it, Bloomerang is only better than an alone Spring Bean and Chomper. That and Lightning Reed hits multiple zombies in multiple lanes, get 2 or 3 columns of these guys are it's madness, and it's easy too because of the LOWER SUN COST. TALK – CONTRIBS – BLOG Lightning Reed does extremely low damage, and is only useful for fighting Chickens, whereas Bloomerang can hit groups with a decent amount of damage, albeit smaller groups. NOTE: I've changed my mind since I posted this, I'm only leaving it because of Someone456's reason being "Basically what Miles said"
