Green Screens Film Festival is a week-long Milestone Event in Plants vs. Zombies 3. It features 9 day-long events, all of which are parodies of famous movies.
All objectives of this event require the player to collect at least 30 points.

Flight of the Snapdragon is the first event in Green Screens Film Festival and was released on Day 1. It features Snapdragon as its main plant. The poster shows a Sunflower rides a Snapdragon flying in the night sky.
This event is a parody of 1982 film Flight of the Dragons.

Dave Adventures!
Dave Adventures! is the second event in the Green Screens Film Festival and was released Day 2. It features Bamboo Shoots as its main plant. The poster shows Crazy Dave holds a lightened torch and he tries to grab a golden Bamboo Shoot statue. The background itself taking place in a Lost City (if you look closely, you can see a hyrogliphic of a Sunflower on the wall, which its design was similar to the Gold Tiles' design).
This event is a parody of the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark, specifically the Swipe Idol scene.

This event is a nod to 1930's cartoons and has a familiar style reminiscent to Cuphead.

Sunflower Boulevard
Sunflower Boulevard is the fifth event in Green Screens Film Festival and was released on Day 5. It features Buttercup as its main plant and Bonk Choy as the secondary one. The poster shows a Bonk Choy holding a mafia hat and a Buttercup that looks afraid. There was a zombie that wears a mafia hat in the back alley and another zombie that pops out from the sewer cover, only shown by its hands. The poster itself having a black and white filter and it takes place in a city.
This event is a parody of the 1950 film Sunset Boulevard.

Departure!
Departure! is the ninth and final event in Green Screens Film Festival and was released on Day 7. It doesn't feature any plants. It has a UFO capturing Male Browncoat, while Female Browncoat screams in fear
Its a reference to the stereotype that aliens would steal cows. The usual circular UFO shape is also a clichè and has been referenced in movies like Arrival, Signs, or U.F.O.
