Level 2-2

Level 2-2 is the twelfth level in Plants vs. Zombies, Plants vs. Zombies: Endless Edition, and Plants vs. Zombies: Great Wall Edition, and is the second of the Night levels, being a regular level. When this level is beaten for the first time, the player obtains the Fume-shroom.

Difficulty

• There is a combination of Buckethead Zombies and Conehead Zombies, the biggest zombie threats so far. This includes the graves that can spawn zombies at the final wave.

Strategies

• Required plants:
  • Sun-shroom
  • Peashooter
  • Puff-shroom
  • Wall-nut
  • Cherry Bomb
  • Repeater
• Sun-shrooms produce 15 sun at first and then 25 after a while. To make up for this, use Puff-shrooms to attack zombies at the beginning to save sun.
• Use Wall-nuts for defense.
• When you have enough sun, start planting Peashooters and Repeaters to attack at long distances, especially for defeating the Buckethead Zombies.
• If you have enough sun, use a Cherry Bomb for emergencies or to end the game faster in the final wave.

Related achievements

	No Fungus Among Us Complete a Nighttime Level without planting any mushrooms.

	Photosensitive Beat a night level without picking up any Sun.

	Home Lawn Security Complete Adventure Mode.

	Second Life Complete Adventure Mode a second time.

Trivia

• In the iOS versions, More Ways to Play is unlocked from a Present during this level. On windows phone, only mini-games are unlocked from a present while puzzles are unlocked after finishing adventure
• On the Pogo Website, this is the Last Level of Plants vs. Zombies' web version.
  • However, it is generally Level 2-4 that is the last level on other versions.
