Football
The football is an item in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. It is used to score points in the World Cup event.
Usage
Some zombies have a football icon over their heads. They can sometimes pass the football to other zombies. If the player defeats a zombie with a football icon, they will receive a football. Using the football on a plant will activate its Plant Food effect, and when done the football will be released from the said plant and roll toward the right-hand side of the lawn. If the football goes out of the lawn without being blocked by a zombie of sufficient toughness, the player gets a goal, accompanied with the words "GOAL!" in gold. The football itself deals 200 damage to all zombies in its lane after release. Strangely, it appears to ignore the toughness of Frozen blocks. When the football hits a frozen block containing a Yeti Imp, it will pass straight through, destroying the frozen block as well as killing the Yeti Imp inside.
If a zombie with a football icon manages to reach the player's house, the zombies score a goal.
