Apple-pult: Unlocked after Day 1. Apple-pults do moderate damage, with some splash damage (50 DPS per 3 seconds, with 25 DPS per 3 seconds).
Marigold: Unlocked after Day 5. Gives rewards of coins.
Frozen Cabbage: Unlocked after Day 10. Frozen Cabbages chill zombies with cabbages.
Bowling Wall-nut: Unlocked after Day 17. Bowls across zombies, doing 100 DPS every 5 seconds.
Sun-shooter: Shoots 40 DPS sun to attack zombies across the lane, and brings the sun back.

Camel Zombies have 10 walls.
Explorer Zombie's torch can burn plants in a 3x3 area.
Tomb Raiser Zombie will add three tombs to the lawn.
Pharaoh Zombie will be at Hungry speed, even after his armor is destroyed.
Imps speed increases to Flighty
Gargantuar gains twice as much health (Jurassic Gargantuar's speed is increased to a normal gargantuar.
Swashbuckler Zombies spawn three times.
