Plants vs. Zombies 2: League (Chinese name: 植物大战僵尸2：联盟; pinyin: zhíwù dàzhàn jiāngshī 2: liánméng) is a tower defense mini-program game on WeChat. It is a spin-off of Plants vs. Zombies 2. In order to play the game, one must have downloaded and have a registered account for the app.

Gameplay

In Plants vs. Zombies 2: League, the player merges plants to create plants at a higher level to defeat zombies from getting through a 8x5 sized map. Plants can be moved around freely and planted on any tiles. If a plant is on a tile which zombies pass through, one zombie will be blocked and attack the plant while others pass through.

By defeating zombies, sun is collected to buy more plants. Plants are classified into the Shooter, Guard, Slowing and Turret categories. The maximum number of plants present on the lawn is represented by the amount of flower pots. Different power-ups can be obtained through watching ads.
