Since my last two attempts failed, I going to this time use Triassic plants, since EA has no plans of new sets.

Plant missions

T1: Frostbite Fracas!

Frostbite Fracas! is the forty-first mission for the plant side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing zombie hero for this mission is Brain Freeze. This mission also features Huge-Gigantacus and Immorticia as opposing zombie heroes.

Lanes are normal (height lane is on lane 1 and water lane is on lane 5).

Encounter Battle

Brain Freeze now focuses on card draw, using Buried Treasure evolutions and Dr. Spacetime. The Laser Base Alphas in his deck can also destroy your plants. If you completed mission 40 with set 1 plants, get more plants before attempting to beat this mission.

Crisis Battle I

Huge-Gigantacus uses a deck that revolves around Mustache synergy, allowing him to ramp defenses early.

Mid-Boss Battle

Brain Freeze uses the same deck as before, except he now has Frosty Mustaches and King of the Grill to deal more damage and stall your plants.

Crisis Battle II

Immorticia relies on Gargantuar ramping like Electric Boogaloo in early missions, but using Cyro-Brains in attempt to ramp faster. Starting with a Medulla Nebula doesn't help, so make sure your deck can rush quickly.

Boss Battle

Brain Freeze's boss is very hard. He starts with Laser Base Alphas on the ground lanes, so he can easily start gaining cards, and he can place more. It is best to control the board until he runs out of cards and replace the environments.

T2: A Mech Rises

A Mech Rises is the forty-second mission for the plant side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing zombie hero for this mission is Z-Mech. This mission also features Rustbolt and Professor Brainstorm as opposing zombie heroes.

This mission features a special "rule" named Rise of the Zombies!, which states that each zombie will get +1/+1 for the rest of the game, like the effect of Intergalactic Warlord. Height lanes are lanes 1-4.

Set 3 strikes back with Professional zombies. Thanks to the rule, you are now going to face the pre-nerf version of Jurassic Fossilhead too, so be sure to destroy Professionals before he evolves them and make you lose from doing so. Watch out for Quickdraw Con Mans too.

Crisis Battle I

This deck is your good ol' set 3 Rustbolt Professional meta deck. While it has been whittled down heavily, don't forget that the rule can prove you otherwise. Unlike Z-Mech from earlier, Rustbolt has more removal, including Knockout.

Mid-Boss Battle

Z-Mech uses 40 Middle Managers, so look out for his Conjured zombies. If you do not destroy all the Middle Managers at once, they will boost each other.

Crisis Battle I

Professor Brainstorm now relies on crazy amounts of aggro do destroy you with your low health. You must rely entirely on your Apotatosaurus in order to defeat Professor Brainstorm. Still, you might want to front the Disco-Naut and his aggro. If you reach turn 5, he will likely do Mustache Monument and Valkyrie which will surely defeat you, so defeat him quickly before he does.

Boss Battle

Z-Mech gets rid of his boosting material in favor of removal, and replaces the Custodian with Fireworks Zombie. Although a pretty bad card, using Grape Responsibility will make this level very easy as you will be able to double the Soul Patch health to the point where it is indestructible normally.

Smoothe Graving at Morbid Manor is the forty-third mission for the plant side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing zombie hero for this mission is Immorticia. This mission also features The Smash and Super Brainz as opposing zombie heroes.

RED2: (Mission)RED Alert

(Mission)RED Alert is a unique mission that is not included amongst the main missions. It can however be a limited time mission as it is made to celebrate the Games for RED event. The main opposing zombie hero for this mission is Huge-Gigantacus. This mission also features Super Brainz as an opposing zombie hero. In addition, each level has a provided deck that the player must use and the player cannot change the deck to use for this mission. The player also can only play as Rose, even if the player didn't even have Rose unlocked. Usually, these provided decks consist of Team-up and Flower decks that Rose will have in the provided deck. It will also include Red Stinger in Rose deck although Red Stinger is in the Guardian Class, but considering it's a flower, it is added in the deck.

Huge-Gigantacus now relies on heavy card draw, and to make matters worse he also gets 4 extra Terror Formers. Rely on Solar Winds to ramp faster.

Since all ground lanes are Medulla Nebula, Super Brainz will use that in order to play more dangerous zombies and Zom-Blob. Replace them quickly or he will gain too many brains and play expensive material.

Grass Knuckles uses an updated version of his Bullseye deck, using many plants that utilizes Dino-Roar. Do not use set 1 decks here, as they aren't going to do any good in this battle.

Mid-boss Battle

Beta-Carrotina now uses a root deck to boost her plants. It is recommended to destroy Starch Lords the instant they're played or you're in for a heavy beatdown by her roots. The AI actually also tries to know your moves in Gravestones if they play a Spyris, so be aware of that.

Nightcap uses the fabled Cyclecap deck, so use Planetary Gladiator or Quickdraw Con Man to prevent his card draw before he can overkill you.

Boss Battle

Beta-Carrotina's deck is nothing but Lieutenant Carrotrons, so she can conjure any root from the entire game. Be careful if she conjures a Starch-Lord, otherwise her plants will become hard-to-destroy threats.

C2: Burn in Despair!

Burn in Despair! is the forty-second mission for the zombie side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing plant hero for this mission is Captain Combustible. This mission also features Solar Flare and Green Shadow as opposing plant heroes.

A unique rule called "Bad News, Good News!" is present throughout the mission. Throughout the mission, the zombie hero draws one more card, but at the start of each turn, they will take 2 Bullseye damage. Using Dino-Roar cards and healing is recommended. Height lane is on lane 5, water lane is on lane 1.

This deck relies on rushing you with flowers and making her plants hard to destroy threats. Try using Control back on her to destroy everything Solar Flare plays.

Captain Combustible replaces Electric Blueberries with Bananasaurus Rexes and has 3 of them, so make sure you will be able to deal with them.

Green Shadow relies on legendaries and the good they'll do. Most of her deck is untribed though so you shouldn't use decks that relies on synergy.

Boss Battle

Captain Combustible's deck hasn't changed much, but he replaced his Hot Lavas with Astro-Shrooms. Use environments to your advantage and be prepared for late game. Dandy Lion Kings will also defeat you instantly if not blocked, so have Planetary Gladiator or Undying Pharaoh so you can survive them.
