Here is a retake of my old mission 41-50 missions with set 2 cards and events.
Plant missions
41: Super Brainz Super Bash!
Super Brainz
- Teammates: Brain Freeze, Rustbolt
- Height lanes: 2 (on lanes 1 and 3)
- Water lanes: 2 (on lanes 2 and 5)
- Mini-Boss Rule: Super Brainz starts with a Smelly Zombie on the first lane and a Swashbuckler Zombie on the third lane (they are hiding in gravestones).
- Dialogue: Crazy Dave: Get ready for some bashing, Super Brainz is holding out not one, but two Gravestones! Choose which one to get rid of wisely!
- Boss Rule: Super Brainz conjures one of the following cards at start of each turn:
- Regifting Zombie
- Wormhole Gatekeeper
- Zombot Stomp
- Leprechaun Imp
- Pogo Bouncer
- Dialogue: Super Brainz will try to conjure ways for him to make his deck better at the start of each turn. Be sure to use your cards or you will be holding too much.

42: Tricky Tricksters
Immorticia
- Teammates: Electric Boogaloo, Huge Gigantacus
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 4 (on lanes 2 to 5)
- Mini-Boss Rule: If Immorticia gets hurt, the player recieves Bullseye damage of the same amount Immorticia gets hurt (Immorticia gets hurt first)
- Dialogue: Immorticia has now linked your health with hers. If you hit her, she'll damage you for the same amount! Be sure you damage more then you can lose.
- Boss Rule: Immorticia gains +15 health, but recieves two Bullseye damage at start of each turn. The plant hero starts with +30 health but cannot perform blocks and starts with -4 cards.
- Dialogue: Looks like Immorticia is getting hurt every turn, but crazilly enough you also start with 50 health! Ehh, but Immorticia has more health too and you can't block and you start with nothing! This is going to get intersting.

The Smash
- Teammates: Z-Mech, Immorticia
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 5)
- Special rule: Smashed: All heroes starts with all of their superpowers, but they cannot perform blocks.
- Mini-Boss Rule: The Smash starts with a Binary Stars (not in Gravestone) on fourth lane.
- Dialogue: Double damage ahead! The Smash starts with a Binary Stars! Looks like some major flesh and blood is going to come.
- Boss Rule: The Smash starts with a Gargologist on the third lane and +5 health. The player starts with a Cosmic Bean on lane 3 (it Conjures nothing).
- Dialogue: The Smash has a Gargologist to play Gargantuars early, but maybe our Cosmic Bean will help.

- Special rule: Ice Shards: When a plant or zombie is frozen, instantly destroy it.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Brain Freeze gains a Frozen Mustache at the start of every turn.
- Boss Rule: At the end of each turn, a random plant and zombie gets frozen. Brain Freeze has 5 Frozen Tundra in his deck and -8 health.

- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 1)
- Special rule: Powerful Zap: When a legendary plant is placed, the plant hero loses half of their health (no charge to block meter).
- Mini-Boss Rule: Professor Brainstorm gains a Eureka every start of 3 turns.
- Boss Rule: Professor Brainstorm gains a Eureka every start of 2 turns. Professor Brainstorm cannot perform blocks and starts with -7 health. Professor Brainstorm starts with a Mad Chemist (in a gravestone) and a Zombology Teacher.

Huge Gigantacus
- Teammates: Impfinity, Super Brainz
- Height lanes: 2 (on lanes 1 and 5)
- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 4)
- Encounter Battle Dialogue: It's another Imp but its a Space Mastermind! He not only has the ability to bypass your defenses but he also gains many new environments. He's small but his threat is huge!
- Mini-Boss Rule: Huge Gigantacus gains Terror-Former 10000 at start of every 3 turns and starts with +5 health.
- Dialogue: He doesn't seem to be so small. He gains a Terror-Former 10,000 at the start of every three turns and gets a slight health boost.
- Boss Rule: At the end of turn 10, destroy all plants then deal 150 damage to the plant hero.
- Dialogue: Huge Gigantacus has really placed a very explosive punch here. You must destroy Huge Gigantacus in ten turns or he will nuke you with a instant-killing blow! Not going to feel so good in the end.

- Mini-Boss Rule: Neptuna conjures a random Amphibious zombie at start of every 2 turns.
- Boss Rule: Neptuna starts with -10 health. The player starts with -16 health and all of the Superpowers for the hero.

49: Z-Mech's Unnerfed!
Z-Mech
- Teammates: Neptuna, Professor Brainstorm
- Height lanes: 1 (on lane 4)
- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 5)
- Special rule: Random Revenge: When a plant or zombie dies, the owner of that plant or zombie gain a random card from the entire game.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Z-Mech zombie's deal double damage. The player starts with +30 health.
- Boss Rule: At the end of each turn, all plants lose 1 strength. Z-Mech starts with 2 Disco-Nauts on lane 2 and 3.
50: IMProvements!
Impfinity
- Teammates: Huge Gigantacus, Z-Mech
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 2 (on lanes 1 and 4)
- Special rule: Copy Ability: Every turn, the Plant and Zombie Hero conjures a random superpower card.
- Mini-Boss Rule: The plant hero loses 1 health for every plant destroyed. Impfinity loses 1 health for every zombie destroyed.
- Boss Rule: Your hero is damaged by 1 health at the end of each turn (no charge to block meter). Impfinity gains +1 health at the end of each turn. Both heroes conjures a random card from the entire game (includes Galactic and future cards) at the start of each turn.

- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 3)
- Special rule: Modified Plants: When a plant is played, it gets either +1 or -1 strength or +1 or -1 health.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Beta-Carrotina starts with +4 cards but starts with -1 sun.
- Boss Rule: At the end of turn 15, destroy all zombies then deal 30 damage to the zombie hero. Beta-Carrotina starts with +10 health.

- Boss Rule: At the end of each turn, the plant and zombie hero both swaps health.

- Mini-Boss Rule: Rose gains +5 health and +5 maximum health at start of every 4 turns.
- Boss Rule: A random zombie is transformed to a Goat at start of every 3 turns.

- Water lanes: 0
- Mini-Boss Rule: Solar Flare gains +1 sun each turn and -8 health.
- Boss Rule: Solar Flare starts with a Lil' Buddy on every lane. Solar Flare gains +3 sun but -3 cards.
45: One Sweet Tooth
Chompzilla
- Teammates: Grass Knuckles, Wall-Knight
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 0
- In each battle, the player starts with a Trick-or-Treater on lane 5.
- Special Rule: Sweeter Treats: When a zombie Conjures a card, it gets +1 strength for each card.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Chompzilla's plants does 1 Splash Damage.
- Boss Rule: Chompzilla has a deck with 40 Clique Peas and +10 health but starts with -2 cards. Chompzilla's cards cost 1 less at the end of each turn. The player starts with a Knight of the Living Dead on lane 4.

- Mini-Boss Rule: Citron starts with a Navy Bean on the first lane and -2 cards. Citron spawns an Admiral Navy Bean at start of every 2 turns.
- Boss Rule: Citron conjures a random Amphibious card every turn. The player gains +1 brain each turn.
47: Pea Pluribus Penelopea
Green Shadow
- Teammates: Captain Combustible, Nightcap
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 2)
- Mini-Boss Rule: Green Shadow starts with +15 health and 3 Torchwoods in the 1st, 3rd, and 5th lane and +2 cards. The zombie hero starts with +2 brains.
- Boss Rule: Green Shadow starts with a Cosmic Pea (it conjures nothing) and Torchwood on third lane.
48: Night Knockout
Nightcap
- Teammates: Rose, Wall-Knight
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 0
- Special Rule: Pop Goes the Shroom: Same as the one from No Vacation at the Volcano.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Nightcap spawns a Mushroom Ringleader every 3 turns.
- Boss Rule: Nightcap starts with Mushroom Grottos on lanes 2 and 4. The player starts with a Transformation Station on lane 3 and Graveyards on lane 1 and 5.
49: Super Putt Putt Brawl
Wall-Knight
- Teammates: Solar Flare, Chompzilla
- Height lanes: 0
- Water lanes: 0
- Special Rule: Good News, Bad News: Same as from A Knight Like No Other, but it affects the zombie hero.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Wall-Knight places a Wall-Nut every turn.
- Boss Rule: Wall-Knight starts with a Heartichoke and a Venus Flytraplanet on lane 1. The player starts with a Teleportation Zombie on lane 5.
50: (Mission)PLANT Alert!
Grass Knuckles
- Teammates: Citron, Green Shadow
- Height lanes: 1 (on lane 1)
- Water lanes: 1 (on lane 5)
- Special Rule: RED Alert: Both heroes conjures a random Event card each turn.
- Mini-Boss Rule: Grass Knuckles gains a Power Pummel at start of every 2 turns.
- Boss Rule: Grass Knuckles deck is full of Reincarnations. The player's zombies gets +1/+1 when played, and the player gains a Triplication at start of every 2 turns.
