Zombot Drone's Cone Strike
Its plant counterpart is the Corn Strike. Its alternate ability is the Lone Cone. It was replaced by the Eggsplosion in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2.

Strategy
With
When using this ability, there is a delay of both dropping the traffic cones on to the ground and arming before exploding. It's better used on groups of plants rather than single targets that can easily escape from it due to its delays. Timing it well by using the ability earlier is important especially when using it to push nearby points or using it on a choke point.
Its usage works better on gameplay modes involving capturing the Garden, command point, or Taco Stand. It's recommended to use the ability to create pushes for your teammates to easily capture them while preventing and discouraging plants from stopping your teammates by creating a risk of devastating damage of each Cone Strike to the plants. Note that it can also vanquish Spawnable Plants too, with empty flower pots usually located on nearby Gardens or the Taco Stand, which is worth trying to use the ability on a group of plants with nearby spawnable plants such as Heal Flowers and Dark Flowers.
When playing Team Vanquish or Vanquish Confirmed!, it's a good idea to use that ability on a group of plants either sticking on one spot or camping in a usually hard-to-reach area to increase your chances in getting free vanquishes for the team in hope of the players not noticing the Cone Strike being right behind them. Despite of the maps being usually wide, it's also advisable to take advantage of the potential choke points and use that ability there against a group of plants within a choke point as long as the choke point is not inside a building or shielded with a roof. Said strategy may also be applied on other modes as well, should the plants done or scenarios are also the same on non-vanquish modes.
When playing with friends and/or using Voice Chat, it's recommended to coordinate in a way to either create a push towards the Garden/command point/Taco Stand for you to assist them in return in sending the ability on those points or forcing to the plants to go in a specific location/choke point for you to drop the ability unto them with little to no escape.
On Boss Mode, while it may be tempting to use the ability against the plants shooting at your ZomBlimp, it is usually not recommended to do so unless you either use the Superb Zomboss Radar or the confirmation of other teamates to let you know that the group (and not a solo player) are camping, using any abilities that roots them on the ground, or simply standing on a Garden/command point/Taco Stand.
Against
Each Cone Strike has a few seconds to arm upon landing before exploding, which the explosion can be avoided by simply going away from them. It's recommended to have some abilities that help you aid in escaping them such as Hyper (but not Super Pea Jump), Burrow, or Sprint Burrow. It should be worth noting to avoid planting any Spawnable Plants within the area that the Cone Strike are about to arrive as not only it would potentially waste the plant, but also doing so risks you being vanquished.
Boss Mode players playing as Dr. Zomboss are more likely to use that ability on groups of plants defending the Garden, plants' captured command point, or the Taco Stand. A player that uses that ability on either one of the points is a good indication that the zombies are going to push that given point and that the plants side must defend from it. While it's tricky to determine if the Engineer player or Boss mode player that have used that ability, it's a good idea to look up in the sky to find and shoot at a ZomBlimp as a Dr. Zomboss Boss Mode player might be assisting the zombies' side.
When playing as Crazy Dave on Boss Mode, only use the Revive Rainbow to revive a group of ally players (and Spawnable Plants) vanquished by the Cone Strike. Do take note of the high Sun cost and cooldown of that reviving ability, which that ability is not recommended to be used on just one player unless the mode is on Team Vanquish/Vanquish Confirmed! nor just one Spawnable Plant on any mode available to use them.
As the Cone Strike only appears exclusively in Flag of Power on the Plants' side, strategies against the ability also applies here with the exception that the AI uses the ability in the middle of the Flag of Power instead of an actual player and none of the Boss Mode strategies being applied there.
