Plants vs. Zombies (Demo)
Plants vs. Zombies Demo is a demo version of Plants vs. Zombies. It was released in May of 2009, and originally (and initially) made available on Steam for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. It can no longer be played on Mac because MacOS Catalina does not support 32-bit apps and games
In the game, there are 23 plants to collect, including Peashooter, Sunflower, Cherry Bomb, Wall-nut, Potato Mine, Snow Pea, Chomper, Repeater, Puff-shroom, Sun-shroom, Fume-shroom, Grave Buster, Scaredy-shroom, Hypno-shroom, Ice-shroom, Doom-shroom, Lily Pad, Squash (cannot be used), Threepeater (cannot be used) and Tangle Kelp. The Gatling Pea and the Twin Sunflower are also present but cannot be bought.
The zombies encountered in this demo include the Zombie and all of its variants, Pole Vaulting Zombie, Newspaper Zombie, Screen Door Zombie, Football Zombie, Dancing Zombie, Backup Dancer, Snorkel Zombie, Peashooter Zombie, and Wall-nut Zombie.
Upon beating Adventure 3-2, you unlock Minigames but as you cannot advance to and beat Zomboss, it is limited to only 3: Zombotany, Wall-nut Bowling, and Slot Machine.
All levels included in the demo are:

- Night: 2-1 · 2-2 · 2-3 · 2-4 · 2-5 · 2-6 · 2-7 · 2-8 · 2-9 · 2-10 · 4-5

After the demo is beaten, Crazy Dave appears to tell the player to purchase the full version while teasing future plants like Threepeater and Squash.
Achievements included are: Ask Me About Mustache Mode, Explodonator, No Fungus Among Us, Penny Pincher, Roll Some Heads, SPUDOW!, Sunny Days, and Don't Pea in the Pool.
