Frostbite Caves - Day 9 is the ninth level of Frostbite Caves in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. When this level is finished for the first time, the player obtains a star.

In Normal mode, the player is given 5 lives to beat the level.

Difficulty

This level is very easy as you only need to make two Dodo Rider Zombies reach the other side of the lawn. Chompers appear when one manages to reach the other side, but they can be avoided easily.

Strategies

• Be patient. Go slow and steady as rushing in would result in a loss of a life.
• Time your moves perfectly.
• Avoid going to lanes 1 and 5 when Chompers appear on those lanes.

In Hard mode, the player is given 3 lives to beat the level.

Difficulty

This level is still pretty easy. However, you are given three lives instead of five, and a Chomper appears at lane 3 once a Dodo Rider Zombie manages to reach the other side.

Strategies

• As always, time your moves perfectly.
• Avoid the Chompers on lanes one and five.
• Be careful with Guacodiles as they can appear in groups of three.
