Kongfu World - Day 3

Kongfu World - Day 3 is the third level of Kongfu World in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. The level introduces the player to Taiji Tiles of this world, which can give Plant Food after being planted on for an amount of time. Fire Gourd is pre-selected in a seed slot. When this level is finished for the first time, the player will get coins and the aforementioned plant.

In the Normal Mode of this level, the player has to beat Kongfu Zombies at Level 1.

Difficulty

• Torch Kongfu Zombies appear in larger numbers, prompting the player to coordinate their planting more carefully. Destroying the Weapon Stands that cause them to spawn is the best idea.
  • The Torch Kongfu Zombies later appear in groups behind tough zombies such as Buckethead Kongfu Zombies. Because of that, powerful, area-of-effect or multi-hit attacks are recommended. Ice plants are also useful, as they can extinguish the torches of the Torch Kongfu Zombies.

Waves

The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost lane.

Strategies

• Start as you would with any other level, defeating the first zombies with Potato Mines and Iceberg Lettuces.
• Plant attacking plants to attack the zombies. Use Iceberg Lettuce or any other ice plant to help delay zombies and extinguish Torch Kongfu Zombies' torches.
• Note that this is a simple level, so you can create many strategies with this level with different plants. Besides ice plants, powerful, area-of-effect or multi-hit attacks are recommended.

In the Hard Mode of this level, the player has to beat the zombies at Levels 2 to 3.

Difficulty

• Level 2 plants are recommended. The Taiji Tiles supply the player a large amount of Plant Food, so this level should be easy.

Strategies

• Upgrading your plants to Level 2 or obtaining powerful attack plants is recommended. After that, do as what you did to complete Easy Mode, and you should win.
