Epic Quest: Ultomato!
Epic Quest: Ultomato! is an Epic Quest that features 5 of the Premium Plant Quest for Ultomato. It lasted from December 23, 2019 to February 3, 2020, July 13, 2020 to July 22, 2020, and September 15, 2021 to ongoing. The reward is an Premium Pinata that contains 50 Seed packets, each 10 seed packets being for a world/premium plant (Before July 2020, it was 50 seed packets for Ultomato
Step 1
The best thing about Ultomato being here is that it can bypass the Tombstone's to attack zombies, so you don't have to worry about clearing out the Tombstones. The level should be quite easy be sure to plant Ultomato ontop of each other to easily deal more damage to easily defeat Conehead Adventurer Zombie and Buckethead Adventurer Zombie. Stunion should be used to stall zombies such as: Bug Zombie since they're fast, but really they won't be used as much because of how strong Ultomato is. However, Stunion should be used on Porter Gargantuar's since it would take a while before being defeated, and also to prevent him from launching Lost City Imps, be sure Ultomato are stage 3 to easily reduce Porter Gargantuar's health fast.

Penny: Plant Ultomatos on top of themselves to mutate them up from green to yellow to red!
Waves
- The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost lane.
Step 2
This level is quite challenging as not only you have to protect the endangered Twin Sunflower's but also they could easily cause you to loose the level because of the pre-placed mold colonies. Because of how much space the mold colonies take up, you should just plant Ultomato on the Minecart to save space and sun, it also allows you to move it to other lanes, so that you can use one Ultomato to damage zombies in all lanes. Its best to plant Primal Peashooter's on the areas where there are no mold colonies, try leaving a bit space to plant Solar Tomato and Ice Bloom. Sun production should not be much of an issue because of having level 10 Twin Sunflower's, which give plenty of sun and Gold Bloom which gives a headstart, which makes it easy to mutate the Ultomato ontop of the minecart to red. Excavator Zombie is the biggest problem because he can easily dig up Twin sunflower and throw him to a non-mold tile, which allows zombies to eat them, and if a Excavator Zombie manages to dig them up again, then he will throw them off the lawn, Primal Peashooter may push him back but it will deal no damage, instead move the Ultomato to the Excavator Zombies lane, to easily defeat a Excavator Zombie. Arcade Zombie can also be a issue because his Arcade machine can crush plants (a big problem against the endangered Twin Sunflower's) and occupy it, which is already a big problem because of the mold colonies, and acts as an obstacle against Primal peashooter. You shoul also use Ultomato to easily destroy them, since their attacks bypasses obstacles. You should also get rid of the pre-placed Sun Tombstone's to gain more space and gain a bit more sun. Solar Tomato should be used to stun zombies a bit and also gain a bit more sun, but its a challenge to stun zombies within its radius because of all the mold colonies, so try using Ice bloom to stall all zombies and if any zombies is in her range, she can easily turn them into Ice Block Zombie, especially Peasant Zombie and Jurassic Imp. Try eliminating Zombie King fast as you can, because he can easily turn Peasant Zombie varaints into Knight Zombie's which requires more damage to be defeated. If a Zombie King spawns, first plant Ice Bloom to stall and delay its granting time and move the Ultomato to the Zombie King's lane to be defeated, this is why you need a red Ultomato, so that they can easily get rid of other zombies that are blocking it from damaging Zombie King.
Waves
- The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost lane.
Step 3
Overall this level should be quite fun and easy. Since Gargantuar's are the only one encountered most of the level, they should be easily taken care of with constant mutation of Ultomato to red. However, the main reason Ultomato is powerful is because of its Plant Food, since Power Lily is available in this level, there is not really much of a choice other than using it on Ultomato, make sure its close enough to Gargantuar's, to be within its explosion radius, they should be enough to deplete Gargantuar's health by half (or a third of Jurassic Gargantuar) and enough damage to destroy Brickhead Zombie's and Sunday Edition Zombie's and then you can finish them off with Cherry Bomb or Ultomato. However Imps can easily be a problem because so much of them are being summoned from Gargantuar's, and they can easily eat Ultomato, Apple Mortar can stun Imps a bit which allows Ultomato's enough time to easily destroy them, Apple Mortar also delays how long they will Summon Imp, and possibly destroy them. In all, the level should be a easy level.

Step 4
Since Ultomato is the only plant that attacks, you should put them in the back, to make sure they are not eaten, be sure to mutate them other than planting more of them since tough zombies such as: Pharaoh Zombie, Cart-Head Zombie, and Jurassic Bully need lots of damage to be defeated. Pumpkin planted on top of Endurian is a good combo because not only will zombies be stalled by the Pumpkin but since no one is eating the Endurian, and can deal ever-lasting damage to zombies until Pumpkin is eaten, make sure when Pumpkin is about to be gone, you replace it. Garlic isn't that much of a help, you can just use him to move zombies into lane where there are more Ultomato's. Jurassic Rockpuncher can be a problem though since it can easily crush plants and scorch tiles, and even a red Ultomato will take a while to defeat him, try stalling him with Pumpkin and a plant planted ontop to stall him which takes two attacks, but this can be a bit risky. Tomb Raiser Zombie is not much of an issue since Ultomato attacks can bypass Tombstones, but get rid of them fast before Tombstone take up much of the lawn. Pianist Zombie is also a problem because it allows Cowboy Zombie varraints to switch lanes, blocking Ultomato from attacking dangerous zombies, Magnet-shroom can help by removing Bucket's from Buckethead Cowboy which makes it easier to destroy them and focus on more dangerous zombies. Stallia can be use to slow down Cowboy Zombie variants from moving and allow more time for Ultomato's to easily defeat zomboies. Since Gargantuar's come at the final wave, use Plant Food on Ultomato (make sure its near the Gargantuar's) to release devastating damage or when there is a large group of zombies, take advantage of it by using Plant Food on Ultomato, however your only givn 2 Plant Food, so choose wisely when to use them.

Step 5
Keep note that because this step is very hard, its best to search up gameplays of this step instead of using these strategies listed here. It is very common to loose in this level because of how hard it is, with all these pre-planted plants here, it may seems easy, for example: The Tall-nut's boosted by Reinforce-mint which makes the Tall-nuts much stronger and the Banana Launcher can deal heavy damages on zombies. but the problem is that the escalation ramps up quickly and harder from the first wave and potions can easily buff and toughen zombies, making them harder to be defeated, ontop of that, zombies are likely to tear down your defense and trample the flower's. Try your best to get rid of Zombie Chicken's and Ice Weasel's because they are the biggest problem, Pyre Vine is your best plant to get rid of them, so protect them, best as you can, and if they are eaten then your only chance is Guacodile to get rid of any Zombie Chickens or Ice Weasels. Fila-mint really helps you because it boosts Ultomato, so make sure its mutated to red, so it can deal extreme damage, additionally it boost Electric Blueberry and Electrici-tea which can easily destroy groups of zombies including Robo-Cone Zombie's and Porter Gargantuar's. Snap Pea can be used to easily eat the closest zombie, especially Bug Bot Imp and Relic Hunter Zombie's which spawns in the middle of the lawn and could be a big issue, and Octo Zombie which can easily wrap up plants in octopus and allows zombies to easily trample the flowers. Bonk Choy can be used to easily defeat Bug Zombie while Zoybean Pod can damage and stall zombies. Potato Mine can be used to defeat tough zombies or be your last plant to defeat a zombie. When the final wave comes, give all the power you have, use any Plant Food on Ultomato within the Gargantuar's area to easily deplete their health.
