ZCorp Takeover was a Thymed Event that ran from January 8, 2024 to January 17, 2024.

This event prominently featured the ZCorp zombies from Penny's Pursuit. Along with that, a new lawn, Lawn Mower and music are added in this event.

Brain Busters

Locked and Loaded

Main article: Locked and Loaded

Locked and Loaded is a regular Brain Buster with the plants chosen, and the player has to use them to defeat the zombies.

It is playable on levels 2 & 10.

Save Our Seeds

Main article: Save Our Seeds

In the Save Our Seeds levels, the player has to protect the endangered plants marked by a striped tile and his or her house too. If the player lets one of them be eaten by the zombies or disappear in some way, they will lose. Otherwise, it is a regular level, which the player can choose the plants to protect the endangered ones.

It is playable on level 8.

Trivia

• In Level 3, Peashooter states that he can "live without Wallnut memes for a day." This is a nod to Wall-nut's "I've lost my magic." quote in Level 11 of Feastivus Thymed Event in 2022, which became a meme amongst the community.
• Unlike previous areas, the lawn's setting doesn't take place in neither Player's House (i.e. Backyard Big Top) nor different time period (i.e. The Zombosseum) but rather takes place inside space time area like Penny's Pursuit.
