Legions of the Undead - Level 1 is the first level of the Legions of the Undead event in Penny's Pursuit. It is an Arena level and is similar to Fire Peashooter's Tournament. It has newly added objectives and zombie swaps, similar to other Penny's Pursuit levels. In addition to the zombie swaps, there are more zombies in this level.

Difficulty

This level, just like with Fire Peashooter's Tournament, can become unreasonably hard within a few waves. Troglobites here can limit your planting space, making it difficult to maintain a strategy after the Last Stand phase. Gargantuar Primes and Portals are also things the player should worry about.

Difficulty Swaps

In Penny's Pursuit, the zombies in a level can swap depending on the difficulty chosen.

Mild

Imp Dragon Zombie2.png -> Roman Zombie2.png or can remain the same

Spicy

Imp Dragon Zombie2.png -> Roman Conehead2.png or can remain the same

Extra Hot

Imp Dragon Zombie2.png -> Roman Buckethead2.png or can remain the same

Bonus Objectives

In Penny's Pursuit, levels have bonus objectives that can be completed to level up Penny Perks.

Mild Bonus Objective

  • Score to beat: 1,000,000

Spicy Bonus Objectives

  • Score to beat: 4,000,000
  • Survive and protect the endangered plants

Extra Hot Bonus Objectives

  • Score to beat: 6,000,000
  • Survive and protect the endangered plants

The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost one.
