Technical Difficulties - Level 5 is the fifth level of the Technical Difficulties event in Penny's Pursuit. It has bonus objectives and zombie swaps, just like any other Penny's Pursuit level.

Difficulty

This level starts out very slow in the first few waves, however this is augmented by having fast flying zombies. Due to Blover not being banned, the player should always plant him as soon as his seed packet finishes recharging.

Difficulty Swaps

In Penny's Pursuit, the zombies in a level can swap depending on the difficulty chosen.

Mild

Jurassic Zombie2.png -> ZCorp New Hire2.png, ZCorp Contractor2.png, ZCorp Conehead2.png, ZCorp Buckethead2.png, ZCorp Contractor Conehead2.png, or ZCorp Contractor Buckethead2.png
Balloon Zombie2.png -> Head Office Impgantuar2.png, ZCorp Consultant2.png, or can remain the same

Spicy

Jurassic Zombie2.png -> ZCorp New Hire2.png, ZCorp Contractor2.png, ZCorp Conehead2.png, ZCorp Buckethead2.png, ZCorp Contractor Conehead2.png, or ZCorp Contractor Buckethead2.png
Bug Zombie2.png -> Bug Conehead Zombie2.png or can remain the same

Bonus Objectives

In Penny's Pursuit, levels have bonus objectives that can be completed to level up Penny Perks.

Mild Bonus Objective

  • Score to beat: 2,500,000

Spicy Bonus Objectives

  • Score to beat: 4,500,000
  • Don't lose more than 5 plants

Extra Hot Bonus Objectives

  • Score to beat: 8,000,000
  • Don't lose more than 3 plants

The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost one.
