Plants vs. Romans - Level 1
Plants vs. Romans - Level 1 is the first level of the Plants vs. Romans event in Penny's Pursuit. It takes place in Modern Day, and is very similar to Modern Day - Day 24. It has new objectives and zombie swaps, similar to other Penny's Pursuit levels. In addition to the zombie swaps, there are also some newly added zombies.
Difficulty
This level is very similar to Modern Day - Day 24. Just like in some levels from Roamin' Romans, the difficulty swaps are purely cosmetic and does not change the level in any way. Strategies used in Day 24 can be used in this level.

Strategies
You should use a strategy that you used for Modern Day 24, if you never played this level then do the following: Try using Primal Wall-nut to block plants from being takled by All-Star Zombie, Iceberg Lettuce or Stallia is a great idea since it can stall the zombies as well as takle him. Use Magnet-shroom to remove metal plates from Poncho Zombies. Use the Power Tiles as a advantage to easily wipe out zombies, try planting Primal Potato Mine on Power tiles and put Plant Food on them to have a devastating effect on the zombies or use the Power Tiles on Sun plants to get extra sun. If you want reach the Bonus objective, try using Stunion since they can easily stall groups of zombies and cannot be destroyed by All-Star Zombie or Pianist Zombies unlike Garlic.
