Bingo-Bongo is a plant NPC in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. He resembles a Chomper wearing the "Merrymaker" Set. He is in charge of hosting the Battle Chests. His zombie counterpart is Peg Legpuller.

Lookin' at that Battle Chest, huh? The battles are PRE-TTY kooky!

Kinda like me, I guess. I don't usually dress like this. I'm in S.T.E.M., y'know. Serious stuff.

But I had to return this costume, right? And I got no hands, see? So I gotta WEAR it back.

But then the war broke out and I ain't had time to change!

What're we doin' here? Go do a Battle Chest Challenge! Win 'em all and I'll reward ya.
