Roll for Damage is an ability for Oak in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. When activated, Oak launches a log which rolls forward, damaging any zombie in its path. The log deals 60 damage to enemies hit by it.
Origins
The name of this ability is a reference to the term in Role-Playing Games, where during combat, the player would roll a die (or a set of dice) to determine how much damage is dealt to their target. Additionally, the Natural 20 upgrade refers to an event in the tabletop RPG Dungeons & Dragons, where a player achieves a 20 on a 20-sided die (d20) without any modifiers increasing or decreasing the roll's value.
