Descriptions
Stickerbook description
"The Rock Pea's gruff and tough exterior may make him look like a tough guy, but really, he just wants a hug."
In-game description
Rock Pea's added bulk results in added health, and slightly reduced movement speed.

Primary weapon
The Rock Pea's primary weapon is the Rock Shot, which has 8 ammo (9 with the Ammo Upgrade). It deals 22.2 - 32.2 impact damage, and with the Damage Upgrade, it deals 23.2 - 34.2 impact damage depending on the distance. It also deals slightly higher splash damage than default Peashooter (12 compared to Stock's 10), but fires 10% slower and they'll divert if you Bunny Hop and strafe at the same time. Hyper amplifies the diversion in this case.
Abilities
Left abilities
Chili Bean Bomb
The Zombies often confuse the Chili Bean with Brainz, racing to eat it. It has a short fuse and deals massive damage to all nearby Zombies.
Sombrero Bean Bomb
Nothing says "hot" like a Chili Bean wearing a sombrero! The fuse is quite long, but the damage is mighty impressive. Timing is the key with this fun friend.
Dark Bean Bomb
These Dark Bean Bombs come in pairs. Perfect when you toss out a Bean, and then immediately need to toss out another!
Center abilities
Pea Gatling
The Peashooter can dig into the ground and root himself in place, turning himself into a Pea Gatling. He can deal more damage, but is vulnerable to attack.
Retro Gatling
Retro Pea Gatling uses the ancient Peashooter techniques of manually cranking out peas. Although it has a slower rate of fire, the peas are ancient and far more damaging.
Bling Gatling
Bling Gatling Pea spits out sparkly bling peas, and he looks great doing it!
Right abilities
Hyper
When a Peashooter uses his Hyper ability, he will not only run incredibly fast, but can also jump extremely high.
Super Pea Jump
The Super Pea Jump allows the Peashooter to get atop places he was unable to reach before, but at the tradeoff of speed.

Strategies
Rock Pea is somewhat weak compared to Stock Peashooter as he trades a bit of damage, movement, ammo, along with a slower Fire Rate and projectile diversion for +25 Health; which isn't the greatest Peashooter benefit but can still save you from 1 or 2 Shots. He can be treated as default Peashooter, as he's quite similar to him. The best advice is to try not attack strafe while in Hyper, as the projectile diversion can make it very difficult. Pea Gatling, on the other hand, is benefited by the higher health allowing you to sponge more damage that other Peashooters would normally be Vanquished by. Just keep in mind that ZPG will still Vanquish you, even at full Health.
Balancing changes
- ▼ The splash damage was reduced from 15 to 12.

Trivia
- His ammo capacity is the same as that of the Berry Shooter.
- In addition to that, his primary weapon behaves similarly to how the Berry Shooter's primary weapon (the Berry Blast) would.
- His trailer shows him using two gestures.
- The first has him dancing in a fashion similar to the "Sprinkler" move, ending with a move that resembles the form of a surfer while surfing. It is the new "Break it Down" gesture. However, the audio used is from the first game's gesture "Happy Dance."
- The second is the "Aloha" gesture from the first game.
- His peas could sometimes knock zombies back, similar to Primal Peashooter. However, it has been confirmed in the Trouble in Zombopolis: Part One DLC patch notes that this was a glitch.
- He bears a resemblance to Ben Grimm, known as The Thing, from Fantastic Four.
