Player's House - Day 5 is the fifth level of Player's House in Plants vs. Zombies 2. When this level is finished for the first time, the player obtains the Hot sauce.

Before update 9.9.2, the tutorial could be skipped, and the player would go to this day.

Dialogue

*Crazy Dave appears*
Crazy Dave: Hey neighbor!
Crazy Dave: Can I borrow that hot sauce?
*Crazy Dave takes out a taco*
Crazy Dave: I've been holding onto this taco for forever!
*Crazy Dave eats the taco*
Crazy Dave: Oh! That was...AMAZING!
Crazy Dave: I want to eat THAT taco again! I need my TIME MACHINE!
*Penny appears*
Crazy Dave: Her name is Penny and I'm Crazy Dave. But you can call me Crazy Dave.
Penny: Finally, another user who can process my queries.
Penny: Let me postulate, Dave wants to go back in time to eat his taco... again...
Crazy Dave: She's so smart! Now let's go after my taco!
Dr. Zomboss: Fools! Seek your taco. Soon you shall feast... on a taco of DOOM!

Strategies

It is recommended to plant Cabbage-pults on lanes 2, 3 and 4 due to the Tombstones present on there. Otherwise, use Peashooter due to it having more damage output on average compared to Cabbage-pult. Don't worry about destroying the graves, focus all your resources on defeating the zombies.

Trivia

• As of Version 8.9.2, Dr. Zomboss first appeared before the end of the dialogue and quote "Fools! Seek your taco. Soon you shall feast... on a taco of DOOM!".
• Money appears for the first time in this level, as of 7.1.3. However, only the lawn mowers drop money, which is 5 silver coins.
