This should be your setup:

Use Phat Beets to take care of zombies in rows without Winter Melons. When you get enough sun, replace them as soon as you can.

Use Grapeshots, Primal Potato Mines, and Gold Blooms every time they are recharged. If there are not many zombies around, use the plant on the strongest zombie you see.
