Laser Crown Flower (激光皇冠花; pinyin: jī​guāng huáng​guānhuā) is a piercing plant in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2 introduced in the v2.9.6 update.

He attacks zombies by firing a laser down his lane whenever a zombie enters his attack range. The laser will pierce through all targets in his lane except for Gargantuars. The laser's damage will increase in three if attacking continuously.

Laser Crown Flower will only stop attacking when his target zombie dies, is damaged by zombies, or if effected by ailments such as sleeping or transforming.

Origins

Laser Crown Flower is based on the crown flower (Calotropis gigantea), a plant native to various Asian countries with various different uses from textiles, medicines, and even poisons.
