He is now a worldwide practitioner, learning new moves or teaching some new boxing students. Speaking of students, maybe there are a few much more famous than him.

Bonk Choy (菜问; pinyin: Cài Wèn) was a plant in the now defunct Plants vs. Zombies: Endless Edition that was later ported to Plants vs. Zombies: Original Edition.

He was functionally identical to his appearance in Plants vs. Zombies 2 with the exception of the capability of randomly doing a special attack in which he dealt a large amount of damage to all zombies in a 3x3 area around himself.

In Plants vs. Zombies: Original Edition, unlike his original counterpart in Plants vs. Zombies 2, he dealt area damage to all zombies 2 tiles ahead or 2 tiles behind rather than target a singular zombie within range, while also having the capability of randomly doing the mentioned special attack.

Trivia

• He was the only plant ported from Plants vs. Zombies 2 to have his design nearly untouched from the original game. The only change it got was larger, darker outlines.
  • In the case of Plants vs. Zombies: Original Edition however, his color palette is less lime-ish, as a result of color desaturation.
    • Prior to his official release, he could be played through an unintentional bug of allowing him to be imitated, where his appearance was solely based off that of in Plants vs. Zombies: Endless Edition, appearing in a lime color palette.
